Invoicing and payments

The enquiry arrives
Web form, phone or text. The assistant picks it up, asks the right questions and never asks a customer to estimate their own cubic feet.
The inventory builds itself
Room by room, item by item, with a volume against each one and a running total — the number that decides the van and the crew.
You price it, and the quote goes out
The inventory and your own rates produce a suggested figure, with the reasoning shown. You set the price. Nothing is sent until you press send.
They accept and pay a deposit
Online if you have the portal, by reply and bank transfer if you do not. The job moves to confirmed either way.
Move day
Crew and vehicle assigned, the customer reminded, hours captured against the job as it happens.
Invoiced and paid
Final invoice from the job, the payment recorded against it, and the VAT it carries added to your running total. Then it is done, and it stays findable.
